We are working to more accurately recognize, comprehend, and proactively address the effects on the environment, social sustainability, and sustainable development through our sustainability program.

Save Water

  • Save water and time by taking shorter showers!

Reduce Waste

  • Use refillable water bottles and coffee mugs throughout the conference.
  • Take only what you need when dining.
  • Download the official mini-app, which contains important event information such as a map of the show!
  • Ask your hotel for recycling bags if they don’t have them in your hotel room.

Save energy

  • Turn off lights and thermostats when leaving your hotel room.
  • If exhibiting, make sure you turn off the power to your booth at the end of each day of the show.

Air Quality/CO2 Impact

  • Carpool or take public transportation to and from the airport and hotel. Make new friends and contacts while saving CO2!
  • Take advantage of free hotel shuttles (if available) …… Walking is preferred if possible.
  • Choose to eat at least one vegetarian or vegan meal a day, or commit to a meat-free diet for the entire week.

Together, we can meet guest expectations, enhance the show’s remarkable quality, and cut down on time, expense, and resource waste.

Additionally, we urge all exhibitors to take part in the Better Booths initiative, which seeks to replace single-use booths with recyclable or reusable constructions.

Use only compostable or recyclable service ware for samples and giveaways
Mark your materials for recycling or donation with stickers provided at the exhibitor service desk
Set a Leave No Trace goal to remove all booth items and packing materials and donate excess giveaways
