About Hosted Buyer Program
The Furniture China 2024 & Maison Shanghai 2024 Hosted Buyer Program is a specially designed initiative for international buyers aiming to efficiently connect them with suppliers and engage in valuable activities within the furniture industry. This program is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and providing an exceptional experience. We eagerly anticipate your participation in this enriching initiative!
Highlights
Hotel Accommodation
Qualified buyers will enjoy up to two nights of complimentary accommodation at designated hotels. (This offer is limited to the first 50 participants)
VIP Lounge and Privileges
You will have access to the VIP lounge, which includes refreshments, Wi-Fi, and special souvenirs.
Global Buyers’ Night
Immerse yourself in a unique cultural experience during the Global Buyers’ Night which will be held from 6: 00 pm to 8: 00 pm on September 10-11. The event will introduce you to traditional Chinese culture, offering a relaxing moment away from business discussions. (Requires an invitation to access)
Airport Transfers:
We provide transfer services from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
Business Networking
Utilize our DTS FurnitureChina APP for efficient product sourcing and business inquiries. This tool facilitates your connection with interested suppliers and exhibitors, allowing you to schedule meetings quickly and easily.
Obligation
✓ Book meetings with at least five exhibitors on DTS
✓ Take designated booth photos and upload them to social media platforms, mentioning official accounts
✓ Attend the Global Buyer’s Night Party on Day 1/2
Participation Criteria
Each application will be strictly evaluated by the qualification team. The review process is comprehensive and considers various criteria to ensure the best match.
- Travel Availability: Applicants should be available to travel to China from September 10 to 13, 2024, to partake in our arranged experiences and valuable networking opportunities.
- Professional Status: Applicants should be senior professionals with decision-making power or purchasing power in their organizations. This ensures that the connections made during the program can potentially evolve into fruitful business relationships.
- Intent to Purchase: Applicants should have a serious intention to make purchases within the next 6 to 12 months. This criterion will showcase future business potential and ensure that both buyers and sellers benefit from the program.
Application Deadline & Cancellation Policy
